Sometimes I Hate These Pesky Devices!

I haven’t been on my laptop, and so haven’t been here at my website, which I usually connect to via my laptop, rather than on my phone.

But my laptop and I are over our ‘issues’ and with the assistance of both my wonderful husband, and my mobile phone, those troublesome issues have been attended to, and here I am, connected up again, and going well!

I don’t really hate these two devices, both my phone and my laptop are awesome assistants to me when I need to do things online, which is pretty well almost every single day.

I connect with friends and others online, I discover things online, and I tell others things online as well. And of course, having my laptop is a necessary thing for me to write things, poetry, blog posts, my long ignored novel as well.

Now that my laptop and I are friends again, I hope we never lose touch with each other again!

And a little bit of a reminder on what I’ve been doing away from my laptop, I was in Adelaide today while my husband was attending the Knife Show, an annual event he likes to be at every year, to check out what is out there and available!

I was there, but not at the knife show, I went for a bit of a walk instead, and as I was walking, I found a new/old rusted item on the ground! I picked it up, examined it and decided straight away I was going to take it hope with me, to be put up on our front fence, which is also known as the Redbanks Rust & Found Art Installation!

I possibly should have used a plain backing for this photograph!

The item of interest to me in this photpgraph is the Rust metal item, rather than the blue part with dragons on it! That part is actually my handbag, and while I like it, it was the metal ‘thing’ that I found today that was most interesting to me.
That metal item is around the length of my hand, and I don’t really know what it is, and I welcome ideas from others about that!

I enjoy finding things that have been neglected by others, and thrown away, and then putting them out where anyone who wants to, can come and see them, not as waste, but items of interest – Items fon desiplay at the Redbanks Rust & Found Art Installation. So not rubbish anymore, such items become Art!

And one day, if my laptop truly does breakdown, rather than my brain having a breakdown and not being able to log into it, well then that broken laptop will go on display with all of the other metal bits and pieces too!

Life keeps on going sometimes in quite different ways though! That’s a good thing, not a bad thing, to be able to repurpose things, rather than trowing them on the rubbish heap!
